Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

I have a diverse industry background including shipping, retail, and most recently the pharmaceutical industry, in which I specialized in consulting with hospitals and hospital systems on developing disease state protocols and pathways. I spent years interacting and developing relationships with the C-suite in national and regional corporations. As the accounts leader of a sales team, I focused on assisting my team in understanding the value of consulting and coaching versus selling to build long-term relationships with their clients and customers. I spent many years hiring and training new employees and assisting in their individual development. I have most enjoyed and gotten the most satisfaction being a trainer, coach, and mentor throughout my career, which led him to become a coach and join TES. I have won numerous awards throughout my career, and am most proud of a nomination for a corporate Integrity Award and the inaugural winner of a Living Our Values Everyday Award.  I am married and have 2 amazing boys. I have enjoyed coaching them both in multiple sports, and spending time outdoors with my wife and family, and traveling (in between sports seasons of course) around the country especially the oceans and out west.

Together we find business models that are uniquely suited for you and start a discovery process. I coach you through the discovery process to help you learn about each business model.
